Liberia

Liberia is a country in West Africa, bordering Sierra Leone, Guinea and Côte d’Ivoire. On the Atlantic coast, the capital city of Monrovia is home to the Liberia National Museum, with its exhibits on national culture and history.

Liberia’s economy is rich in natural resources, including rubber, palm oil, and minerals. The government’s efforts to improve infrastructure and attract foreign investment are creating a conducive environment for economic development. Agriculture, forestry, and fisheries offer additional growth potential.

Liberia follows a mixed legal system of common law and customary law. The legal framework is based on the Constitution of 1986, and the judiciary includes the Supreme Court, Circuit Courts, and lower courts. Specialized courts handle labor and commercial matters.
